Terms of Service

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the right to contact the recipient and that receiving these messages is welcome.
• The phone number you provide belongs to the intended recipient.
• You are not using this service to harass, stalk, intimidate, or contact anyone against their will.
• You are not subject to any restraining order, no-contact order, or similar legal restriction that would prohibit you from contacting the recipient.
• The recipient is 18 years of age or older.

From Someone is a gift. It is not a tool for harassment. Misuse of this service is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund, reporting to relevant authorities, and permanent suspension of your account.

After submitting your order form, our system generates a set of personalized messages based on the information you provided. You will be able to read and refine every message before completing payment. No messages are sent until payment is confirmed.

The first message is sent to the recipient at the delivery time and date you selected. The recipient may reply YES to receive the remaining messages, or STOP at any time to end them immediately.

If the recipient does not reply YES, the campaign does not proceed beyond the first message.

If the recipient does not reply YES:

You are entitled to a full refund. If the recipient has not replied YES within 5 days of the campaign start date, we will automatically process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. No action is required on your part. If you have questions about your refund, contact us at someone@fromsomeone.co.

If the recipient replies YES and the campaign begins:

All sales are final once delivery has begun. You reviewed and approved every message before payment. We do not offer refunds after the campaign starts.

If you cancel the campaign yourself:

You may cancel your campaign at any time using the cancel link in your order confirmation email. Cancellation stops all future messages immediately. Cancellation after the campaign has started does not entitle you to a refund.

If there is a technical failure on our end:

If messages fail to deliver due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at someone@fromsomeone.co and we will investigate and resolve within 5 business days.

Any recipient may reply STOP at any time to immediately end all messages. Their number will be added to a permanent block list and cannot be targeted by any future order.

Any recipient may reply REPORT to immediately stop all messages and flag the order for review. We take all REPORT responses seriously.

Recipients may also contact us directly at abuse@fromsomeone.co.

You may not use From Someone to:

• Contact anyone who has previously asked you not to contact them
• Contact anyone subject to a restraining order or no-contact agreement
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Contact a minor (anyone under 18)
• Send messages that are false, defamatory, or misleading
• Impersonate another person in a harmful way
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate cancellation without refund and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or is being used to harm another person. In cases of suspected abuse, we will issue a full refund and may report the order to relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

From Someone provides a messaging generation and delivery service. We are not responsible for the recipient's response or reaction to messages received. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of From Someone shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
